Commercial Employees was founded by CEO Greg Madler in 2002.
Over the last 20 years, Greg and his thoughtfully-trained team have hired over 300,000 people, helping their clients build thriving, successful and productive workforces for a period or for life.
Having spent years learning the ropes about the staffing and recruiting industry from the inside, Greg realized there was a problem with traditional large-scale staffing agencies: the bounds of their corporate structure kept them from going above and beyond for their clients.
This revelation led Greg to conceive of and launch Commercial Employees, a strategic and creative staffing agency founded on grit, determination, hustle, focus, and drive, ideals Greg brought to Commercial Employees from his years of dedicated military service as a 2-tour combat Veteran.
